Fitness Programs

The Fitness Department offers a variety of additional programs that vary by season and may include additional fees. Below are the additional programs.



We now have three TRX classes to offer! 

Tuesdays @ 4:30pm - TRX Fusion with Betsy

Wednesdays @ 9:00am - TRX360 with Amber

Wednesdays @ 5:30 pm - TRX Circuit with Robin

You now have the drop in option for &8 per class or a TRX 10 punch card for $70.  Pre-register the day before to secure your spot by calling the front desk.  If you don't have a punch card payment is required at the time of reservation.  Call Kindra with questions.


Nutrition Coaching - BHRC has four certified nutrition coaches eager to get you rolling on your nutrition goals! See link for details; call the Fitness Department with questions. 


Dance - Look for Ballet Camp coming this summer. Tap/Jazz/Modern will return in September


Functional Movement Screening - An assessment to assess movement quality or deficiency.  Done a a CPT.


BHRC 500 & 1000 Pound Club

Do you Squat? Bench Press? Dead Lift?  Come join this challenge.  Total up all three lifts.  If you reach 500 (ladies only) or 1000 (open) pounds you're in the club!  You will earn a T-shirt and a spot on the board.  Lifts must be judged by a personal trainer on staff.  Call the Fitness Department for details.
