General Pool Hours: M-F Adult swim 5:45-10am, Open swim 10am-2pm & 4-7pm (pool area closed 2-4pm, includes Sauna)

May 20-24: During the last week of school the facility will be full of school groups celebrating the end of the year! The pool schedule is subject to change as is the use of other areas in the facility. We welcome these groups to use the basketball gym, the racquetball courts the pools. the billard tables and the lobby area.  If you prefer to not share your rec center visit with large groups our advice is that you plan your trip to the facility before 9am that week.

Age Guidelines
Fitness Area
- Ages 15 + do not have any age restrictions in the weight room
- Ages 13 - 14 need to have the Youth Weight Room Privileges Contract signed and then they are allowed in the free weights area
- Ages 10 - 12 cannot be in the free weight area, but can utilize the cardio and circuit rooms if they have signed the Youth Weight Room Privileges Contract and they are accompanied by an adult guardian (siblings do not count.)
- Age requirement for fitness classes is 13
- Be sure to check the Pool Schedule for specific times when youth may utilize the aquatics facility (open swim or toddler swim.) 
- All ages may enter the aquatics facility during open swim.
- Children ages 5 and under may enter the toddler pool (only) during toddler swim. 
- Children under the age of 5 must have someone 16 or older swimming with them in the water at all times
- Children ages 5 – 7 must have someone 16 or older in the aquatics area with them at all times. That adult may have to be in the water depending on the child’s swim ability.
- Swim test may be required for access to some sections of the aquatics area
- Children must be 8 or older to be in the facility without an adult
