Our Building Department provides information and permits for commercial and residential construction, electrical work, demolition (state permit also required), house moving, wood stove installation, re-roofing, additions, and excavation.

The building department requests at least a day to process simple permits such as electrical, re-roofs, and mechanical; other permits, such as single-family homes, solar, commercial, and signs, may take longer.
The City of Delta does not process plumbing permits or inspections. Please contact the state for plumbing permits.
