Sign up for Fitness programs ONLINE Ballet, Kickboxing, Cooking Class, Hang Time Bungee Class, Yoga, TaekwonDo
Tuesdays @ 5:30pm
Quick paced class with 8 rounds of 8 cycles with 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. This will give you the benefits of HIIT and a high variety of moves!
Recommended skill & Fitness level: intermediate/advanced

Hang Time is a fun, low-impact bungee fitness class that combines cardio, strength, and core training while you’re safely supported in a harness.
Bounce, jump, and soar through high-energy moves that burn calories, build muscle, and make you feel weightless. No experience needed—just come ready to fly, laugh, and have a blast
Tuesdays @ Noon: Hatha Slow Flow
This is the perfect class for you if you're craving slower movement, deep breaths and a calmer nervous system
Thursdays @ 5:30pm: Hatha/Vinyasa Flow
This class is ideal if you want fluid movement, connected breath and a practice that builds strength and confidence.
All levels welcome.
Drop in fee: $12 per class

WEDNESDAYS at 9:00AM- TRX 360
WEDNESDAYS at 5:30PM- TRX CIRCUIT
Bodyweight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility & core stability simultaneously. The TRX suspension trainer leverages gravity & the user bodyweight to complete exercises.
Kickboxing
This class is a combination of conventional boxing, Muay-Thai and Capoeira. It also incorporates stand up grappling techniques from judo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu jitsu
Individual Monthly classes usually held on the second Friday of the month.
Each class is a different menu. Instructors teach how to prep the ingredients, cook the meal and then the whole class sits down together to dine and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
Price per class varies, based on the menu, between $18- $20 per person

Yoga for Kids
We offer 4-week sessions of Kids Yoga. The June session has been cancelled to due low enrollment but we will be brining it back in the Fall
