The City of Delta prepares several different newsletters each month. These publications contain a variety of valuable information for residents on Bill Heddles Recreation Center, events, projects, natural resources tips, Parks & Recreation activities, and important notices. The Newsletter is currently emailed to all residents who have signed up.
