Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan is a tool that clearly articulates City priorities to the Delta community and will direct the development of the 2021-2022 City of Delta Budget. We appreciate the citizens of Delta who provided their time and input to the process. A special thanks to the Mayor and Council for their leadership, and City staff for their hard work and commitment to Delta. 

We believe that this document will give you an understanding of who the City of Delta is and where we are moving in the future.
